A Grade II Listed Building located in a Conservation Area in Dorking built in the early to mid- Victorian Period. In extending the house to the rear and sides we incorporated a more efficient and effective use of the accommodation, including undoing the harm caused by an ugly two-storey flat roof extension. Considerable thought was given to how this project may be extended in a manner that truly respected the special architectural and historic significance of this important listed building. The extensions comprised a spacious Family Room, Den and Kitchen with New Bedroom, Balcony and Bathroom. Of special note is the new fireplace to the Family Room
